The Game of Switchboard is coming to Kickstarter!
Launching January 20, 2026, The Game of Switchboard is a compelling mix of chaos, strategy, and convenient alliances. It’s as complex as you want it to be, and as simple as you need it to be, entertaining both hardcore and casual gamers alike.
Through the integration of new board mechanics, Switchboard provides a modern twist on pachisi-style games; It’s a fast-paced race to the finish on an ever-changing board.
The Project
A project five years in the making, Switchboard is the culmination of the efforts of two brothers, Matthew and Jacob Peiper.
It’s an exciting saga, a real pull-yourself-up-by-your-bootstraps tale of two brothers determined to launch a board game that could change the world, and along the way, learning about themselves, business, international production, and the toy industry in general.

With a background in industrial engineering and statistics, and a mind for law, patents and finance, Jacob handles the roles and responsibilities of CFO and also serves as the Game Design, Patent and Legal Lead.
